5 Ingredients Breakfast | Berry Cacao Smoothie Bowl | Smoothie | Breakfast Recipes | Easy Peasy

One of my go to breakfast is Smoothies (quick and easy ;)) Well, you wouldnt guess anything else if you know me too well on Instagram ;)

Yes, Smoothie Bowls are one of the easiest breakfast and wholesome and one of the "Fanciest" breakfast I have known...err..there maybe other exotic breakfasts like Huggi Gojju, Idli Kobbari Chutney, Dosey Palya/Sagu etc... But this Smoothie is a Raw Vegan breakfast that is so quick to put together even on one your busiest weekdays. I will tel you how.

On your grocery day team up all your favorite fruits and vegetables that could potentially go into your Smoothies and freeze them in Portions for each serving. And doing the same for other ingredients in your Smoothie. Voila!! There you have it ready to put together on your weekday for your Fancy breakfast smoothie bowl.

Ingredients

1 Whole Apple ( cut into slices, freeze, if required)

1 cup - Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free Oats, if required)

2 Tbsp - Raw Cacao Powder

1 1/2 cup - Mixed Berries (Frozen, add more quantity if you wish)

1/2 cup - Flax Milk, optional (Cold, or any choice of Milk)

2 tbsp - Almonds (Raw or Soaked overnight in water)

Method

1. In a high speed blender, add all the ingredients and add milk of your choice or you may use cold water.

2. Once the ingredients blend into a Smoothie consistency, pour it into a bowl and add your favorite toppings or not.

3. Enjoy your Smoothie Bowl as a wholesome breakfast on your busy mornings and fuel yourself up to take on a new day with a great zeal.

I will mention some of my favorite toppings, you could alter the quantity and use any combination as per your liking.

1 Tbsp - Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp - Raw Cacao Nibs

1 Tbsp - Chia Pudding ( Recipe in my next Post)

1 Tbsp - Hemp Seeds

1 Tbsp - Coconut Flakes

1 Tbsp - Date Syrup

1 Tbsp - Mixed Nuts
