A refreshing summer drink that is made in abundant on Sri Rama Navami and Sri Narasimha Jayanthi and offered to people everywhere, at homes, bus shelters, public places, parks etc.. This is to show that people care about others around them in the midst of the hot and scorching summer heat. It's a one-of-a-kind tradition to care for people outside of our homes, who are thirsty and busy working and traveling around the cities and towns, to those who are running errands, etc.

Recipe goes like this :

2 cups - Cold water

4 tbsp - Lemon juice

4 tbsp - Cane Sugar (or any sweetener of your choice)

1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder (freshly ground, optional)

5-6 Strands of Kesari (Saffron, optional)

Ice cubes as needed
